My 32-year career has extended across business strategy, customer focus, financial acumen, organizational design, and corporate governance. I launched a consultancy business after my time in the corporate world. I want to partner with energetic leaders who are focused on employee development, improving process, and customer focus. My career started as a supervisor on the shop floor and moved through engineering, finance, and quality, before progressing to executive leadership.
