My 32-year career has extended across business strategy, customer focus, financial acumen, organizational design, and corporate governance. I launched a consultancy business after my time in the corporate world. I want to partner with energetic leaders who are focused on employee development, improving process, and customer focus. I can apply my experience and expertise to help improve all size businesses optimize process and grow. I can work at all levels from the shop floor to the C-Suite.

My track record of results has improved profitability and saved millions of dollars for companies. My career started as a supervisor on the shop floor and moved through engineering, finance, and quality, before progressing to executive leadership. I started and was trained in the automotive industry and learned to adapt those key learning to companies of all sizes. My approach is to meet the team where they are. ​
